ALEXANDRIA, VA (January 25, 2019) – Transformation Systems, Inc. (TSI) has expanded the company’s community engagement program, Feed to Lead, and announced two program updates.
TSI’s charitable aim is to make a positive impact in our community. To this end, TSI supports strategically aligned organizations through funds and volunteer hours. In addition to continuing their support of Easterseals DC MD VA and American Red Cross National Capital Region, TSI announced they have earmarked funds and volunteer hours to the NVTC Veterans Employment Initiative (NVTC VEI). VEI connects Veterans and military spouses to employment opportunities and provides support to member companies in their efforts to recruit, hire, train and retain qualified Veteran and military spouse employees.
Second, TSI rolled out a new initiative for their 2019 Feed to Lead Program and has allocated funds to support the charitable organizations that TSI team members are actively engaged in. TSI employees are now able to apply for funding for causes they lead and support. To kick off the initiative, TSI made a donation to the Jenkins Donelson Foundation, an organization founded by Carolyn Jenkins, a Competency Support Program Analyst at TSI. The Jenkins Donelson Foundation provides quality shoes, socks, foot care supplies, health fairs, medical care, and clothing to underserved communities.

In addition, we’re thrilled to support NVTC VEI and the important work they do for Veterans.”
As recognition for the impact of TSI’s Feed to Lead program, TSI received the Jefferson Award for Public Service, and Marta Wilson received the Heroines of Washington award. Feed to Lead will continue to be an important part of TSI’s mission; TSI has made long-term commitments by establishing multi-year earmarks to fund the program.
