Marine Corps Systems Command Competency Aligned Organization Support

US Marine Corps / US Army Collaboration

With the uncommon role of fostering collaboration between military organizations, TSI has been recognized repeatedly by US Marine Corps and US Army leadership of ACAT 1 programs for our interdisciplinary approach that integrates industrial engineering, organizational psychology and results facilitation.

US Special Operations Command (Family of Special Operations Vehicles)

TSI implemented a spare parts tracking analysis system that identified usable retrograded vehicle parts to avoid new orders, resulting in over $90M of cost savings. These were documented savings attributable to our efforts in dispositioning spare parts to reset Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicles (MATVs) for combat readiness.
