ALEXANDRIA, VA (March 18, 2019) – Transformation Systems, Inc. (TSI) announces two new strategic hires as the company expands its Ventura County office to support TSI’s growing client base in California. The two new team members are Bill Riegler and Karen Beals. Both bring impressive skills and extensive experience to TSI.
Bill Riegler brings over thirty years of experience as a leader in the private sector. He began his career in a Fortune 50 company, then worked in domestic and international business development management roles, including commercial relationships with many of the top military contractors, and then founded his own small manufacturing business. Upon selling his business, Riegler joined TSI to share his organizational knowledge and leadership skills. Riegler holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Santa Barbara.
Karen Beals is an experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator. She was a member of the Tuthill Corporate University team, Awaken University (AU), and was a key developer, trainer and facilitator for AU. Beals became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation in 2011. She is also a Certified Professional Recovery Coach. Beals is a certified trainer for Interpersonal Wellness Services; Five Dysfunctions of a Team and DiSC. She has also received additional coach training through the following programs: Essentials of Coaching (PCCI); Laser Coaching (Marion Franklin); and Cross Cultural and Missionary Coaching (PCCI).
In addition to leading several tailored improvement projects, TSI’s Ventura County team is currently taking 2,000 employees through the Advanced Leadership Effectiveness And Potential (LEAP) Program within a local client organization. LEAP includes training, coaching, mentoring, and learning events as part of a larger transformation initiative. TSI continues expanding its presence nationwide to address the needs of leaders who are transforming their workplaces.
