TSI awarded Marine Corps subcontract as part of Davis Defense Group team

Arlington, VA – July 20, 2015 -Transformation Systems, Inc. announced today that it was awarded a subcontract as part of the Davis Defense Group team. The team was awarded the Acquisition, Logistics and Administration support contract for the Program Executive Office Land Systems (PEO LS), Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) and Program Manager, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (PM MRAP) programs.

 

The PM AAA and PM MRAP programs are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive acquisition strategies, policy development for respective areas of interest, and analysis of their program portfolios inclusive of product support for the Marine Corps acquisition programs and fielded assets. The Programs’ on-going initiatives require expert knowledge of acquisition and sustainment for all levels of Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in providing senior leadership, expertise, oversight, verification, validation, and evaluation support, to ensure effective management support, is critical in meeting the mission of the Marine Corps.

 

The subcontract covers a wide range of program support services including acquisition policy and program documentation, program analysis, acquisition logistics management support, strategic planning, and workforce development activities.
