Robert Wilson is Chief Operations Officer (COO) at TSI. A professional with 30 years of management and consulting experience, Robert has assisted many clients – small to Fortune 50 on a wide variety of projects. Within larger consulting companies, he has directed staff for all aspects of engineering services. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
Robert manages the daily business operations of the company in coordination with the management team. His responsibilities include the design, development, operation of business systems. This includes the processes, and policies that create, deliver, and support the company’s solutions. Robert selects and manages service providers for essential business functions. He is also responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and works closely with the accounting and contracts business office. Domains of responsibility include:

Robert marshals resources to their most productive use with an aim for maximum value. He depicts key operational performance measures for review and action and designs, documents, communicates and enforces corporate policies and procedures. Bob prioritizes employee and organizational requirements to provide facilities, equipment and processes for effective delivery of transformation solutions. He oversees the company’s contracts staff and TSI’s finance department.
Serving as TSI’s acting Human Resources Director, Robert oversees TSI’s hiring and on-boarding process. He manages corporate benefits and oversees benefit providers.. He manages human resources,personnel policies and procedures in compliance with current laws and regulations.
