TSi, a successful DoD contractor with proven history of providing executive solutions within the government sector, is seeking qualified Transformation Consultants for Strategic Management Support (SMS) opportunities within the DoD environment.

The Senior Transformation Consultant leads the design, development and application of executive solutions resulting in the successful implementation of strategies, plans, initiatives and metrics for our Department of Defense clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently lead client projects while collaborating with other consultants, analysts and partners.
• Collect, analyze and portray data from various client organizational assessments and other sources.
• Create professional executive documents using MS Office and similar tools.
• Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs,) special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups, audit teams, etc.
• Develop meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, capture action items, and the develop presentation materials.
• Apply passive and active listening skills to capture key information in interviews and group meetings.
• Document the current state of key client processes; develop and execute process improvements.
• Manage time, energy, and results on complex client projects and deliverables.
• Maintain transformation momentum by keeping clients on track through effective project management.
• Provide an appropriate level of client support in execution of transformation tasks.
• Enhance team proficiency in the TSi Solution Set by participating in and leading in-house training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ relevant professional experience.
• DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Engineering Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Lean Six Sigma, Leadership/Life Coaching, or Program/Project Management. Evidence of expertise includes graduate degrees, certifications, publications, awards, etc.
• Military experience is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior written communication skills, the ability to define solutions and implement a complex deliverable.

This position will support the Program Manager by engaging leadership program participants in individualized coaching to help them be their best, do great things, and achieve meaningful success. Primary responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions for individuals.

Qualifications

Required

• ICF Coaching certification (PCC or higher)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative team skills

Preferred

• Experience developing documents and presentations for SES/Flag level leadership.
• Detailed knowledge and experience implementing policies and procedures for safeguarding PII such as Security Classification Guides (SCG), NAVADMIN 125/10, CMMC, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Be an integral part of improving the performance and culture of the Navy. This position will support the Program Manager by engaging workshop participants in specialized training sessions to help them be their best, do great things, and achieve meaningful success. Primary responsibilities include:

• Utilize your professional presentation skills and personal charisma to create an engaging and compelling learning experience for all participants.
• Develop an expert-level understanding of training concepts and content.
• Work collaboratively with other trainers and program leadership.
• Coordinate Training activities such as: detailed preparation for all training events, developing and updating training material, evaluating training programs, and ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
• Evaluate training programs, workshop delivery, and/or materials for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate Training Events to ensure stellar results within the scheduled time
• Develop Organizational Reports and Recommendations based on training event results

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IO Psychology or a related field
• Experience facilitating training events
• Experienced public speaker with excellent platform and presentation skills
• Ability to present information in a way that resonates with a diverse audience
• Skilled in improvising solutions quickly and out of sight of event participants
• Mastery of the Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred

• Master’s Degree in Business, IO Psychology, Training or a related field
• Experience supporting Government Employees
• Former Military Officer or civil servant Position Description
• Training or Facilitation certification
• Experience with computer-based training software
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, leadership, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
