TSI receives Oustanding Corporate Citizenship Award

Transformation Systems, Inc. is proud to announce they have been awarded the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Woman-Owned Business of the Year award. The Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards honor business leadership and successful corporate social responsibility programs. TSI was announced as the winner of the Woman-Owned Business of the Year category, which is presented to a Northern Virginia woman-owned business for outstanding contributions to the community. Special consideration is given to companies that have demonstrated collaboration with other business, non-profits, or government in CSR efforts.

 

The award was presented at the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Annual Chairman’s Luncheon & Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards on June 19 where over 600 members of the business community, finalists, and elected officials gathered to honor this year’s award recipients.

 

TSI was selected for the award in recognition of the company’s corporate social responsibility program, Feed to Lead.TSI CEO Dr. Marta Wilson launched the program to nourish the body, mind and spirit by supporting leadership potential in those who need a helping hand.To this end, TSI supports strategically aligned organizations to fight hunger, assist veterans, promote literacy, and advance STEM education. Under Dr. Wilson’s lead, TSI makes community investments with selected charities of choice through funding and volunteer hours.
