TSI names Shawn James as Vice President of Strategic Development

Transformation Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent hire of Shawn D James who will join the TSI team as the Vice President of Strategic Development. In this role, Shawn will be responsible for developing sales strategies, implementation of programs and company leadership.

 

Shawn brings over 20 years of corporate development and management expertise to TSI. In addition to his extensive Defense experience, Shawn also has experience with growth-focused companies targeting federal civilian agencies and the Intelligence and Special Operations communities. He has captured over $5 billion as a sales executive. His experience spans both product and service offerings.

 

After spending twelve years as a naval intelligence officer, Shawn went on to work for BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin,EOD Technology and SOC LLC. He holds a master’s degree in information technology management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a bachelor of science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
