TSI launched the second year of the Transformation Institute for TSI employees. The Institute, created by TSI CEO Dr. Marta Wilson and CSO Dr. Altyn Clark, encourages life-
long learning among TSI professionals and raises the team’s level of knowledge and practice in the field of enterprise transformation. A wide range of workplace transformation solutions that help TSI’s customers achieve their challenging goals are addressed by the Institute faculty, which includes select TSI experts. The 2012 curriculum included topics such as organizational as-sessment, Malcolm Baldrige criteria, results measurement and systems thinking. The 2013 curriculum will include a range of topics such as TSI’s 7 A’s of Success, human capital strategy and impeccable consulting.

The Transformation Institute sessions continue to be a favorite event among TSI employees. TSI associate Carol Efrusy said, “Once a month, my colleagues and I can sharpen our skills and build our personal capabilities, while we interact with each other, discover our team’s strengths and expertise and network with some of the brightest available. As a fairly new team member, these sessions have been invaluable to me in learning who we are, both individually and collectively, and confirming what we stand for.TSI Institute Sessions embody our continuous im-provement philosophy, strengthen our ability to exceed customer expectations, and bring to life our desire to “never stop learning and growing.”
