Alexandria, VA (August 11, 2021) —Transformation Systems, Inc. (TSI) today announced the promotion of Dr. Bradley Wooten to Practice Leader, specializing in Learning Organizations.
In this new role, Wooten will lead TSI’s work with Learning Organizations and drive results for TSI’s Leadership Effectiveness and Potential (LEAP) Program. LEAP helps individuals in organizations expand results, leverage relationships, integrate their environment, and inspire performance. Wooten’s focus will be delivering advanced tools to meet the needs of emerging and experienced leaders in dynamic and stressed environments.
Devoted to all dimensions of leadership education, Wooten has a rich history as a professional educator providing leadership in educational, corporate, and consulting organizations. He has over 22 years of experience in a variety of dean capacities at Oakton Community College, Joliet Junior College, and Triton College. In addition, he brings strong consulting experience and corporate skills from his times with Frito-Lay Inc. and Alcoa, among others. Wooten recently received a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne with his focus in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership and a concentration in Human Resources Development. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
