ALEXANDRIA, VA (March 13, 2019) – Transformation Systems, Inc. (TSI) announces the hire of five specialists at the company’s Alexandria, VA and Stafford, VA offices.
Boon Lim joined TSI as a leadership development consultant. Lim is an Army veteran who is fluent in five languages and is devoted to all dimensions of human performance improvement. Boon joins TSI with fresh training and facilitation experience in Army Medical Centers. He holds an MS in Instructional Systems and a BS in International Business Management.
Div Virmani, TSI’s newest data visualization developer, is laying the foundation for human capital data cells for TSI customers. Virmani is part of the facilitation team for TSI’s signature solution, The Digital VIEW, which enables workforce leaders, supervisors, and employees to architect and build a human capital strategy that integrates people, processes, and products.
Lisa Cureton has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and certified coach. Cureton has joined TSI as a leadership development consultant and is delivering workforce development courses and workshops.
Lisa Schlichtig is an experienced defense contractor, currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and preparing for the PMP exam. Schlichtig has joined TSI as a leadership development consultant.
Vince Chustz holds an MS in Quality Systems Management on the frame of his BS in Management/Computer Information Systems. He has 25+ years’ experience with the DoD enabling executive level quality and organizational improvements, most recently with the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. Chustz has joined the team as a project manager and leadership development consultant.
