Dr. Marta Wilson is an industrial-organizational psychologist and the CEO of Transformation Systems Inc. (TSI), an award-winning consulting firm that helps leaders be their best, do great things, and have meaningful success. Marta has dedicated her career to helping people and communities expand potential and boost effectiveness through her work as a leadership consultant, business author, keynote speaker, board member, and charity fundraiser.
Marta is the creator of LEAP which stands for Leadership Effectiveness and Potential. LEAP is a framework and a program that includes assessments, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and a groundbreaking mobile app. This innovative program is implemented by organizations to lift entire workforces to new heights. With LEAP, thousands of people are discovering their unique superpowers and unleashing their inner superheroes.
As a speaker, Marta fuels change with her dynamic message and energizes her audiences to focus like a laser on achieving new peaks of performance. With a passion to share proven strategies that drive client results, Marta is the author of several books including Energized Enterprise, Everybody’s Business, Leaders in Motion, and the Transformation Desktop Guide.

She serves as the Board Secretary of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and as a Board member of the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Region. She is a Board member and the former Board Chair of Easterseals DC MD VA and a member of the American Red Cross Tiffany Circle.
Specializing in leadership effectiveness, Marta holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in industrial-organizational psychology from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in academic psychology from the University of Tennessee.
To give back to the community, Marta created and steers TSI’s award-winning Feed to Lead Program. Feed to Lead puts corporate social responsibility in motion by providing funding and volunteer hours to charities and nourishing leadership potential in those who need a helping hand.
