SUSAN VAFA JOINS TSI AS PRACTICE LEADER, FACILITATION AND TRAINING

ALEXANDRIA, VA – December 4, 2017—Transformation Systems, Inc. (TSI) is pleased to announce its recent hire of Susan Vafa who will join the team full-time as Practice Leader for Facilitation and Training.

 

Within this role, Vafa will lead efforts at Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) that focus on organizational development and change management. Vafa will also serve as co-facilitator of TSI’s LEAP (Leadership Effectiveness and Potential) Program. Vafa has a strong record of success increasing effectiveness and efficiency in organizations both large and small. She brings years of experience designing and delivering rich content with MCSC and USAID.

 

“I intend to apply my experience to provide leaders the ability to amplify reform efforts and strategy through tailored tools and trainings,” Vafa said. “I was attracted to TSI’s powerful programs and am excited about the opportunity to engage with these programs as a multiplier to help organizations and leaders create change.”
