Since joining TSI in 2011, Olverson has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in all of his roles and responsibilities including: Associate, Team Leader, and Deputy Program Manager. Olverson has also exhibited a talent and passion for business operations. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources.

In his new role as Director of Operations, Olverson plans to take TSI’s processes, procedures, and infrastructure to the next level of excellence as the company continues on its path of growth and expansion.
